From the Archives 55: Orson Welles, The Begatting of the President (1970)

On August 1, 1970, Mediarts Records released the LP "The Begatting of the President," a satirical retelling of the story of LBJ's presidency and Nixon's election, told in the style of a Biblical narrative. The script was written in 1969 by Myron Roberts, Lincoln Haynes, and Sasha Gilien, and was also published as a book.
