In 1957, Folkways Records released Album No. FC 7350, "Interview with William O. Douglas, Associate Justice, U.S. Supreme Court." Howard Langer, associate editor of Scholastic Teacher magazine, interviewed Douglas in his chambers in the Supreme Court building, via closed-circuit television. Douglas explains the role of the Supreme Court, especially in relation to interpreting the United States Constitution, and the mechanics of how the Court hears and decides cases.
